The Lanús coach stated that his team was superior to Cruzeiro throughout the entire South American Cup series. In addition, he criticized the refereeing work in the matches played.
"I believe we were superior in both matches. In today's game, it was difficult for us to open the scoring, but we always sought the opposing goal. Unfortunately, some refereeing decisions did not favor us and could have changed the course of the game," expressed the coach of Granate.
